My tiny (butterfly) hiker

Olivia and I discovered a new hike in the area yesterday afternoon. Last summer, in the Sand Fire, the place literally went up in smoke, and you can still see traces of ashes and burned brush in the mountains surrounding the hike. This winter's heavy rainfall did the place good though; It now has lovely green fields mixed with wheat that's already starting to dry up. The place was so stunningly beautiful and had a nice 'bohem-feel' to it. Needless to say, it was a (vintage-style) photographer's dream!

Olivia had a blast running through colorful flowers, wheat fields, and exploring the animal (um, more like insect) life that is just booming there right now.

Two little ladies hanging out!
Butterflies run before they take off, right?!
So serious.
Golden hour.
